Solutions

Central to the solution is the provision of an Internet based Virtual Private Network (VPN) using low cost ADSL connections. Each store is connected via the VPN to Professional Outsource Solutions secure data centre.

A tailored iPOS system is installed in each store and an iPOS Warehouse (link to Software-ipos Warehouse) system is hosted at our data centre. Relevant sales data is automatically collected from each store and reports are available for the franchisor to view via the Internet.

The complete system is proactively monitored and managed (link to Support-Services) from our Network Operations Centre. (Link to NOC)

Commercially, all the services and products supplied are bundled into a single, tax deductible monthly fee.
