Architecture

Professional Outsource Solutions NOC utilises advanced proven software built on Microsoft's .NET technology.

Consisting of two components:

• The Onsite Manager
• The Service Centre

The Onsite Manager is a lightweight, agentless software installed on an existing Windows device at the customer site.

The Service Centre is installed on a secure SQL server located within Professional Outsource Solutions data centre.

The multiple Onsite Managers are connected to the Service Center by a secure outbound connection using current web services SOAP/XML through HTTP/HTTPS.

The ease of use, simplicity, power and security of our agentless technology built on Microsoft's leading edge .NET framework combined with innovative patented network communications allowing all monitoring and management to be conducted securely over the Internet (no VPNs required), greatly reducing the costs to our customers.
