Central Dashboard
The Central Dashboard is a web console that displays all of our customer sites and the status of their respective networks.
Onsite Manager collects information from the servers, workstations, applications, and other networked devices. It analyzes their data and sends the relevant information to the Service Center,using a secure Internet connection.
The Service Center Central Dashboard displays this information based on status and alerts. With one quick snapshot, the our engineers can see the relevant network information from all customers or details on just one.
The Central Dashboard is highly customizable and can be quickly tailored views to correspond to and meet customer requirements.
